With the WSOP under way, many online poker rooms organize mini WSOP emulations for those who didn’t get the opportunity to take part in the real thing. Iron Duke’s Summer Champs Series is one such set of tournaments. Of course, buy-ins are scaled down accordingly, and therefore, a $20+$3 buy-in counts as very large one here. Events take place every day from June 1st till the 30th, and most cost either $10+$1.5 or $5+$0.75 to enter. Points are awarded for participation in the events, and those who make the top 250 of the points leaderboard will go on to play in the Tournament of Champions on July 5th, which features a minimum guaranteed prize-pool of $15k. Don’t forget that you’ll be earning 30% rake back all along.
